The iridescent sky expresses its magnitude and its intriguing, yet gentle, mysteries. Everything sparkles in that magical moment when the delicate, almost ephemeral female form flies over the metropolis, carried by a balloon. What balloon will this be? What does it represent? Where is she going and what is her intention? What is clear, for sure, is the enchantment that permeates everything, when everything happens!
Yiara Hillebrand brings to the concrete of the canvas and of life what is most sublime in the subtle universe: the delicacy, peace, wisdom and love on which all of us, passers-by in big cities, are so dependent.

This painting went through several phases and techniques to be finished.
After sketching on paper and pastel, it was reworked on the computer and only then painted in acrylic on canvas.
The paint used on the canvas was acrylic. Stencils were also used to draw the sky with its symbols and meanings. The collage of the city, in high relief, was arranged in such a way as to draw attention to itself, sovereign in concrete. On the other hand, the female figure and the balloon are painted in soft washes as they represent magic, dreams and lightness. The collage gives the work a contemporary character.
